TIMELINESS:

Our proprietary appraisal workflow enables us to efficiently research, analyze, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining the quality and credibility of our appraisal reports.
We typically contact the property owner within 8 hours of receiving an appraisal order and work promptly to schedule the inspection.
Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days following the property inspection, depending on the complexity of the assignment, property type, geographic location, and availability of relevant market data and information.
For clients with urgent deadlines, rush appraisal assignments are also available for an additional fee, subject to appraiser availability, assignment complexity, and the required delivery timeframe.
